Waist trainer?

Hey ladies, I'm interested in buying a waist trainer but I'm not sure where to start. I want to start eating better and working out with it so I can be healthier, are there any experiences you've had that you could share? Also where are the best places to get one? Thank you!!

My advice is to get properly mesasured and buy from a known company. I got mine from who I think are called mystic corsets. The use is to eat healthy,when you first get it you have to season it which means only a couple hours for 2 weeks or it'll damage the corset.  Once you go through the seasoning you can wear it forever how long you want to. It's not something you can only do every so often though,waist training takes daily effort. As if you don't use for a week or so your waist will start to go back to how it was before.
