Need Help!!!

So my vagina and buthole have been very dry as of late because I have been wiping hard when going to the bathroom. I tried masterbating tonight but it hurt so bad because my vagina was that dry. How do I fix this?! I need to fix this quickly because it is very sore. Please leave me suggestions on what to do
