Getting healthier & losing weight💦
Been trying to get my body back on track & get healthier in hoping it will help hubby & I conceive our first baby. We've already completely changed how we eat, no more fast food, junk food, added a lot more fruits & veggies, drink a lot more water & no more fatty foods! Plus doing more walking. Anyone have any tips? Especially what can I eat so I don't feel starved? I'm open for any advice ☺
