April babies

Good evening ladies! My story.. happily married over 7 yrs. TTC for the same time frame, unfortunately had three miscarriages within the first trimester (10 wks, 5wks, & 8 weeks). I have PCOS and over weight, which makes fertility a struggle. We have been to a fertility specialist in the past with no luck and empty wallets. But God has blessed us with a surprise, without fertility meds. I have found out through the years of TTC I ovulate later as well. So my due dates are a little different then what my OB says.

Currently I believe I am 4 wks 3 days. EDD until my ultrasound of 4/7/17. I had blood work done on Thursday, HCG levels of 557, the OB wanted to recheck it to make sure it's going up correctly.
