So low and anxious this week

How is everyone else feeling? I'm 11+2 today and really struggling with the thought of getting through this week. I had a missed m/c in Feb and everything started to go wrong this week last time with everything confirmed the day I was supposed to have my dating scan (12 weeks). My dating scan this time round is next Thursday (12+4) and i just feel so emotional and down. I just can't bare to go through that again after almost reaching 2nd tri again. I can't concentrate at work . I had 2 early scans 7 and 9 weeks and baby was okay but had subchronic haemorrhage which is in the back of my mind. Argh just want to fast forward to my scan 😞 xxx
