Workouts?

I need so much help w losing weight! I'm currently 5'3-5'4 and 143 lbs. In all honesty, the number on the scale doesn't mean as much to me, I just want to cut a bit of my stomach fat off and getting a little more of a hourglass figure in the end. I'm already eating in smaller portions and working on my Mediterranean diet (since it does wonders for your heart and overall one of the best diets to be on). If you guys have any weekly workouts that you've seen results from, please let me know! Thank you loads x
