Sick as hell
Ok ladies I need some help on what I can take I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant and having severe constipation to where it makes my tummy cramp unbearably... I take medicine from the doctor for nausea but still feel like constantly puking ... Any suggestions on what I can take to relieve some of this constipation ? I can't take it no more ...):
