Ditching the shield!
My son is 5 weeks old and from day one he has used a shield due to a tongue tie. We got the tongue tie fixed but he continued to struggle latching without the shield. We have slowly been working on learning to nurse without the shield and today he only fed once with the shield!! I think we are close to ditching it for good!
I am so pumped. Good riddance!
