Okay so I have to test my sugar 4 times a day for just this week so my doctor can really see what's going on ....I haven't been definitely diagnosed with gestational diabetes but this whole pregnancy I've been borderline so they went ahead and gave me a glucometer... I do not eat what is on the diet this third trimester is worse than the first trimester with the food aversions and testing my sugars 4 times a day my sugar is never over 120 except for at the last testing at night after dinner it's been 124 145 just in the hundreds .... now all during the day it is between 70 and 85 what does this mean????
