Early labor?

Been having contractions all day since my appointment this morning. It is officially my due date and i don't see my little man coming anytime soon. The contractions are really painful, I can't sleep and all I want to do is cry. I know it will be worth it once he's here but I'm not sure I can take much more. Is there any advice that you mommas can give to help?

Warm shower, have a workout/birthing ball sit/ bounce on that.  Music and a massage from ur honey or support person.  Warm compresses on ur tum. And cool on ur neck

These are my contractions for the past 2 hours. I have been up for about 20 hours and I am physically exhausted. My doctor said to go to L&D if they are 5 min apart for more than 2 hours. Idk of I should call and see what they say or just try to deal with it for a while longer.

If it's your due date and you're having intense contractions that seem almost too much to handle then you should call your doctor and see if they need you to come in and get checked
