Very confused!? What should I do

Okay so I was in the hospital for 2 last week for a herniated disk well I also have not started my in 2 weeks well at the hospital they gave me 2 tests both negative and I took 2 the other day both negative but I still haven't started I'm nauseous have bad indigestion insomnia sore breasts and they feel full. I have no sex drive plus I have no idea what to do my fiancé has no clue this is going on I don't want to freak him out
