This might be a little TMI but I didn't know where else to ask

The last few months my period Cycles have been spot-on. I've known exactly when I was going to start and had symptoms beforehand. I started my period on the 13th. I typically ovulate about 4 to 7 days after my period. This month on the 25th I got really really bad cramping and started spotting a little bit this came with my fertile fluid. Fast forward to today I have mild cramps and I am bleeding lightly again... does this make sense to anyone?

All night I've been tired and my lower back (feels like bone not muscle) has been achy. The past few days has been filled with good night sleep and groggy days. Unless I'm out actually doing something I'm tired.
