Worried

So my partner and his ex unfortunately had 2 misscarriage's however she has gone on to have 2 children now with her current new partner,my oh is worried something may be wrong with his sperm,I have had a child from previous relationship,this is only our 2nd cycle trying but he is worried could anyone give us any tips or advice please :)
