I keep getting BFN

I don't know what else to do been trying for 9 months now and nothing!!

I don't know what to do anymore is there any medication the doctor can give me to help me concieve? I have looked into things and I know that there is some tablets and whatever can some people give me some advice please??????? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
