35 weeks and blood clots

Alright ladies I'll keep it short and sweet. Last Friday around 1 I noticed a bit of blood. About 4 fresh swipes worth. I came back and checked at 1.30. I then had a dine sized Blvd clots and a fee smaller pea sized blood clots. I went to the ER. They said they could see I had bled, but I was not actively bleeding, and sent me home after a ton of tests. They couldn't see what was bleeding but they said it wasn't my cervix so I'm fine. Today.... More clots. First of the morning pee, and I've got 3 about pea sized blood clots. Do I go back to the ER again? Or is it OK to wait it out since they didn't seem concerned before? Just looking for opinions.
