Im 37 and a half weeks im very dizzy and keep getting hot flashes. My hand are shaky and heart is racing. Ive tried to cool myself off with drinking some water and also putting some on my arms and legs. I tried to eat some grapes and nothing is helping i cant sit still what is going on with me? Help me out ladies!!
