Once baby arrives I will go back to work full time. My work schedule is flexible and both grandmas will be helping me and my DH. I am thinking I might do 4 10hr shifts, but I'm nervous that I'll be away from baby for 11.5 hours (lunch and commute added in) . Anyone out there  that can tell me if this worked or didn't work. I will be breastfeeding and pumping. Thank you
