Always nervous on appointment days 😣

I have my first routine appointment today with the doctor and I'm worried. I don't know why, I just am. 10w6d so hopefully all goes well and we get to hear the heart beat. I've found it twice now with my at home doppler and We've made it further this pregnancy than the last, so that's a huge plus. I've been having some slight cramping but I think it's just round ligament pain. Hoping to get a scan set up for next week or sooner so I can be reassured my little nugget has grown properly!
