Cycle day 19...watery CM..What does this mean?

Hi ladies! Any help is amazing here. Currently 4-5 DPO and have watery cm with a little egg white...sorry tmi. Had awful cramps Saturday and Sunday and a headache last night. Been so tired. Am I over analyzing or could I be experiencing pregnancy symptoms?
