Kidney Stones
This morning at 3am I woke up with terrible cramps. They then switched to terrible pain on my lower back, right side. Then that turned into vomiting. Then the back pain went to terrible cramps in just the right side.
My husband took me to the ER about 4am. They did lots of tests and turned out to be kidney stones (6hours later). Baby is healthy and hanging out just fine.
While it is terrible, excruciating pain, it wasn't an ectopic pregnancy, which was my biggest fear.
I'd call this a happy ending :)
