Throw out breast milk?

Question: I was putting pump together and dropped the tubing on floor. The part that goes into the part that connects to me touched floor. I didn't think anything of it, and then went on and connected it and pumped without cleaning first. Should I throw out that milk bc of possible germs from tubing connector touching floor? I just started pumping...this is hard work!
