Boyfriend not supportive

So I warned my boyfriend about my period because I get really bad pms but he plays such a victim with everything. I was feeling awful and he's like "I'll be strong through this" and I'm like omg you're not the one having cramps and feeling sh*tty 10000% of the time. It's the same when I talked about my depression he refused to support me because, and I quote, he said "I'm too happy to understand depression so why should I give any support" and he makes me feel like everything is my fault and I asked him to skype me today because I just really wanted to talk to him (we live pretty far apart so it's rare we talk rather than text) and he said he's too busy playing a game and I don't know what to do anymore...
