3 days late!!

So I tested 4 days ago and it was a blue dye test and it was negative but now I'm 3 days late I'm not having any cramping but this morning I woke up and above my niples is sore! Is this a good sign or just a sign of my period coming plz help?! I'm going to text later but did anyone have that happen to them as a preganvy symptom
