Braxton hicks this early??

Is it normal to have those this early at 22 weeks she's still pretty active but I'm having a tightening cramp in my uterus and back I'm home alone and husband isn't due home for another 3 hours I'm freaking out because I never had these with my son

I heard women can have them as early as 20 weeks! What you're feeling is normal 😊

It's completely normal to feel them and they usually start in the first trimester you just don't feel them. If you have more then 6-8 an hr you should call your dr it could be a sign of pre term labor.  Sometimes you feel them more of your not drinking enough, try drinking water you could be dehydrated. I've been feeling them this time since 16 weeks. This is my 3rd and it was the earliest I've felt them.

I haven't experienced then yet, I'm 22 weeks but my mom said she use to get them really bad starting at around 20 weeks. Just breathe through them. Goodluck! I'm not looking forward to them 🙄

I have had them since 14 weeks before i felt my baby
