Thrombosed Hemorrhoids

Anyone had to deal with this before? Pretty sure I have one... 😩 have been doing Prep-H, tucks, sitz baths, ice, and Tylenol for 5 days now... Finally got a script from the doctor yesterday for hydrocortisone suppositories 😁 it seems to have gotten slightly smaller and less painful but is very hard. I have my 32 week appointment tomorrow so they said they'd just look at it then but I'm just wondering if anyone has had one that went away on its own instead of surgery...
