How do you know when to start timing them? Or if they're Braxton hicks or the real deal? I got a timer app but how long/far apart do they have to be before going to the hospital? Same with water, once it starts leaking/breaks how long til you have to go in?? First time mom so I'm really confused and anxious but don't want to go immediately and get sent home
