Is it possible to ovulate 2 days before your period?

Question

I ask because I did an ultrasound yesterday and my doctor told me that it looks as though I should be ovulation soon according to how my ovary looked. I find that weird because I definitely feel like my period is coming on on time.

Highly unlikely but if you do, there's a hormonal imbalance and your luteal phase is too short which would most likely not allow you to support a pregnancy. You'd want to work on balancing hormones to bring ovulation up a few weeks
