Just wondering and trying to get help from others with pcos

Just wondering if you guys know when your ovulating or what kind of signs you guys have. I have been using ovulation tests and trying to track it down and so far I can't tell at all and have not gotten a positive test yet. Could I have missed it? I only test once a day I have been having cramps today but I just don't know I had a pretty close test yesterday to being positive and that morning I also had sex and my test today looked no where close to being positive. I just started being serious about this because im almost 20 and I know with pcos it can take a long time to get pregnant
