What should I do..??

Ok this is not in the topic of periods or sex but I am so confused on what to do. So long story short me and my husband have been together for 6 years we have a 5 year old daughter so in 2013 I bought my first car a Nissan Sentra and recently we have been having a lot of trouble with it and we decided to do the lemon law on it. We got a lawyer witch is free of cost (thank god) so going back a couple of months in December my daughter was diagnosed with cancer I took time off to take care of her, we talked about it and he decided for me to stay home and take care of her, because he would feel more comfortable for me to do it. (I am a medical assistant and I would know what to look out for) so I quit my job he said he would take care of the bills and my school loans as well as my car payments. I agreed. So now 8 months later my case has been resolved and they are giving me all the money I have paid for the car up until this date as well as the down payment, so now my husband is rubbing it in my face that he has been paying my car payment for all these months and that I should pay him back for it as well as I should pay him back my school loan payments. Do you guys think that is fair it is only 2,000 dollars. But either way when I pay for his things I don't charge him after I mean we are a couple it is not like we are nothing right? What do you guys think?? Any advice??
