How long will it take to stop the waddle?
After birth, does the pelvic pain go away pretty immediately or does it take awhile? Diagnosed with SPD since week 22 and can hardly walk now (now 39 weeks). Just wondering how long it will take for me to stop waddling and actually able to squat or put on pants without it feeling like a jackhammer.
