Help. Doctor Visit or Pass?

My toe was hurting very bad about Last Thursday, and I thought it was because I had been at cheer camp all day in brand new cheer shoes, so when I got home and after icing my feet, my R. big toe still hurt so I took my nail polish off and it was very badly bruised, and clipped my toe nails and repainted them and went on with my weekend, well Monday I dropped a stroller exactly on my R. Big toe, and it hurt very bad and today as my toe nail polish chipped and saw my bruise was worsening, so I took my nail polish off again and clipped the sides that were digging into my skin. well as I did that, clear stuff started leaking out of my toe and it smelt like blood!! HELP
