Crying after sex

I'm 27 days PP from a csection - i feel great in myself.

My partner and I were intimate or done the deed for the first time last night since my daughter was born. I didnt find it painful, I wanted to do it - straight after we had "finished" I burst into tears, and generally felt extremely overwhelmed almost like emotionally i wasnt ready?...is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?
