Veins on chest

Hey you all! So, I have some big and very noticeable veins on my boobs - large blue veins and spider veins. I usually don't have a problem with them being there, but I would prefer if I could find a natural way for them to go away... I'm looking at self tanning lotion online, because I'm not a big tanning bed kind of person and I live where we get NO SUN. Do you suggest any tanning lotions, or have any tips?
