Not sure if I should call dr?

I woke up this morning with lower back pain that's a 10/10. I was just tested so it's not a UTI. I'm 37 weeks on Monday. I've tried putting heat on it and nothing. I'm gonna try Tylenol in a few minutes. I also had a little gush this morning that didn't smell like pee but it was only once and the size of a quarter maybe so not really enough to make me really consider my waters. Should I call doctor? The pain is so bad!!
