Just need advice

So I usually have a 28 day cycle. Last month I was supposed to get af on the 23rd but got it on the 18th. Thsts like a 25 day cycle! And my period was very heavy with clots and 5 days. That never happens to me. I'm usually light, 3 days awesome period lol. So now this cycke I'm ovulating today cd17. I hope its not going to be another 25 day cycle! Do you think last month was just a fluke? So early. And so heavy. If I go back to regular I should have a 12 day luteal phase so I should be good.
