Headaches! How do you get rid of them? 😫

I've been having a headache every other day for about two weeks. I've been taking 2-4 tylenols almost daily, does anyone else have these headaches and what do you do to get rid of them? I want to try to find other techniques than meds. Baths help, but I can't take baths all day 😂

I drink about a gallon of water a day and that has helped so much!

Drinking tons of water and when they are really bad i take a prescription  I had to get from my doc

All of the above! My dr actually prescribed me something to take for my headaches that has Tylenol in it, just the regular tylenols weren't working for me.

Tylenol only when essential oils doesn't take care of them. 1 tsp almond oil mixed with 10 drops peppermint oil and 12 drops lavender oil. Rub on temples, behind ears and base of skull

I've been drinking lots and taking an afternoon nap, seems to have eased them off quite well
