Okay id like a few tips for tonight. I'm going to my church tonight around 4, my ex will be there, he told me not to bother, talk, or look at him. I don't plan on hanging around him I'll be with my other friends, but I know my anxiety will kill me along with the want to watch him play volleyball. Any advice??
