Anybody Gotten A D&C Before?

 My First Preganancy Was A Suprise Since We Weren't Trying. It Resulted In A Misscarriage At 6 Weeks Thier Was No Longer A Heartbeat And I Began Spotting. I Had A D&C Last Year In October 2015. At Doctors Advice We Waited Until Feburary 2016 To Begin To Try Again. It's Been A Hard Couple Of Months Emotionally and Physically. It's Now August 2016 And My 1 Year Mark Is Coming Up. I'm Scared That I Won't Be Able To Get Pregnant. Any Advice.
