Scared of af after bfp

So im 4 weeks today

I got my bfp 3 days ago... so happy

Told only people i felt would b great support...

Husbonds over the moon

Im due af tomorrow and even tho i gt 2 bfp and a faint one with a non sensitive... i worry af will come if bean not stuck

I got cramps.. which i read is normal posdible inplantation or uturus stretching.. or something. .

Also had nausia..trouble sleeping..itchy boobs...more weeing

I am worried... have any of u ladies feltvthe same n things b ok
