Does your baby let other people feel kicks?

My husband has barely felt kicks as soon as he touches she stops kicking. Now I'm visiting family cross country and they were all so excited to see me pregnant and now my shy baby makes me look like a fibber cause I said she kicks all the time and everytime she starts kicking and someone tries to feel or see she stops LOL.
