Wanting that ring

Okay so me and my boyfriend have a baby on the way and it's bothering me how we're not engaged or anything but then again I dont wanna pressure him because having a baby 👶 on the way is already a lot of pressure. But I want to be his wife so bad that it saddens me that he hasnt even asked yet. Any advice?
