Doctor appointments

So this is kind of embarrassing to admit, but idk what to do. I'm 7w3d pregnant and me and my husband were not trying. Neither of us have health insurance so we went to Medicaid when we found out we were expecting. I've been pending for almost a week for Medicaid but I know I need a doctors app. I've been very sick and I'm not sure what to do at this point. Any advice or suggestions?
