Is hemp shampoo safe to use?

I know it's going to make me sound silly but they have so many things you can and cannot do/use/take/eat during pregnancy but I was recommended to use hemp shampoo and conditioner to help with my hair. pregnancy has dried my hair out so bad and my grandmother said it should help a lot. Has anyone used any type of hemp products when pregnant?
