Super embarrassing and scary

Okay. So my period ended on Friday night and my boyfriend came over Saturday. We had unprotected sex (yes I know stupid but we are both clean) then we had sex Sunday morning, again unprotected. Now I am super sore down there and my labias are swollen.... I'll even notice light spotting of blood.... What is wrong with me???
