Should I be worried?!

Last week I went into the doctors because of a uti that spread to my kidneys and it hurt so bad! A whole week of antibiotics and it's gone and I feel so much better! But I haven't really felt my little man move as much since I started taking my antibiotics and Tylenol and then on top of that I take a gas x daily because how bad the pressure is on stomach.. Should I be worried that something is wrong from taking to many medications at once? Can it effect him?
