If I have a clear stretchy discharge does that mean I'm pregnant

So I honestly don't want to get pregnant that's one thing that I'm terrified of and Saturday some incident happened and my boyfriend thought he cummed inside me and I've been worried ever since and I'm so scared. And I noticed that clear stretchy discharge is coming out of me, and I read that it means that you're ovulating, is that true? Or is it just normal? Because I just got off my fertile window.
