30 week ultrasound - did your doctor do one?

My 30 week appt is going to be an ultrasound. I dont think i ever gotten one that late with my other 2...... what's your experience?

My last scan was 32 weeks for a growth scan.

My doctor said because I'm overweight, to get a clearer picture of how big he is - currently growing perfectly when measured from the outside, they're going to do one.

My midwife does an ultrasound at every appointment if I want one.  So yup, had them until the very end with my first two kids!

I am getting one next week at 36 weeks to see how big the baby is and so they can make sure there is enough fluid around the baby. It's something my doctors office is doing with everyone now.

I had my 30 week appointment today. No US. I won't get another until my 36 week appointment, where they will check positioning real quick.

They do one in the third trimester to see growth, position, and progress. Mine was at 32 weeks
