Lactating to eirly?...

I'm 19w6d pregnant and have been leaking for about 3 days now. This is my second child.. Its not allot but if I don't push it out or put a hot pad on my Brest and let it leak out they hurt so bad. With my first I didn't start leaking until I was 24 weeks or so. The Brest pain didn't start until after I had him. Ya know going from feeding every 2 hours to every 4 then I'd have to pump and freeze or let the hot shower take the environment down if pumping hurt to bad. I just don't know what to do... Has anyone else had this issue and if so what did you do? Did you ask your Dr? What did your Dr say?... I do plan on asking but I have 2 days before an answer. Please help.
