Should I be worried?

I had a blood test done and it come back 4-5 weeks pregnant. The nurse told me to have another blood test next week before my first appointment with the lady doctor I will be seeing next Friday. I asked why I had to have another blood test and the nurse said the dr would like to see my levels higher and they don't usually see this till week 5? I am worried something is wrong, am I worried about nothing?
