Pregnant while on BC

I am on the pill but me and my boyfriend have had unprotected sex and he's cum in me 3 times. I don't know if I'm pregnant or not (I'm going to take a test on Friday because I'm having some weird symptoms) but I'm just wondering, would it be dangerous to continue the pill if I was pregnant? Would there be bad side effects on the baby or anything?
